Glitter Siblings December Workshop - BYOP

Thursday 11th December 4:30-6:30pm at Cardiff Central Library

Bring Your Own Project: Glitter Siblings is back! We secured a location for a few meetups during winter so we can catch up and go through the dark side of the year supporting each other.

Are you A Queer person of colour from a marginalised gender? (Cis or trans woman, trans man, non-binary, gender fluid and generally not identifying as a cisgender man?)

The first workshop is in December and it's going to be Parallel Play so we can chat and have tea and biscuits but also you can bring your project and work on it (crochet, knitting, a book you're reading, whatever you're up to).

Feel free to send us a DM at https://www.instagram.com/glittersiblings/ or drop an email at [email protected] for details!

Glitter Cymru X Homna - Festive Comedy Night

Saturday 14th December 2025 6:30pm at Cathays Community Centre

Get your free tickets via Eventbrite - everyone is welcome!

Glitter is joining forces with Homna for a festive comedy evening. Expect a evening of laughter, vibrance, culture and a big splash of QUEERNESS! Snacks and beverages will also be provided!

Our comedy event will be hosted by playwright, actor, belly dancer and Homna founder - Rahim El Habachi (he/him - @rahimabde_official). As well as comic, comedy writer and Glitter Cymru founder - Vish (they/them - @vishdelish1).

Rahim and Vish will be performing comedy show called Devi’s Corner Shop.

Devi’s Corner Shop follows two queer shop assistants working at a traditional Indian corner shop in Grangetown. They clash and bicker but will they find a sense of kinship in one another?

Expect an evening of complete silliness, messiness and FUN!

Please arrive from 6.30am for a sharp 7pm start at Cathays’ Community Centre’s Main Hall. The event finishes by 8.30pm.

Glitter Cymru monthly meetups will resume on Saturday 17th January 2-4pm at Cardiff Central Library!

Happy Holidays!
